What is Personal Fitness Training?

Understand that we are all made of the same materials. Personal Fitness Training evolved, however, because we each have unique and specific mental, spiritual and physical needs. Through a thorough evaluation process, your personal profile is established. From that, an appropriate set of plans can be designed to guide you toward your fitness goals. The speed in which you achieve them is entirely up to you, based on the time you commit, your present physical fitness, as well as your mental and spiritual health. A Personal Fitness Trainer provides clear and safe direction, motivation and support as you proceed. You are never too young or too old to benefit from personal fitness training.

What is Law of Attraction?

This unchangeable law in our Universe has existed since BEFORE the beginning of time. Law of Attraction is, “ a powerful presence which must and always will, attract that which is like unto itself.” In other words, like attracts like. There are many substantiated research projects that have proven its existence. As we work within its parameters, that is, with it and not against it; our lives transform into the joyous and exciting adventures we came forth to have. To learn more about Law of Attraction I recommend Esther and Jerry Hicks’ book, Law of Attraction. Their presentation is clear, well explained and easy to interpret.

How old is too old?

I am often asked, “ How old is too old to begin regaining fitness, better health and a higher quality of life?” There is never a point at which we are too old. There are fabulous studies preformed on 90 yr. old people in nursing facilities that document incredible muscular strength gains over an 8 week period. These people also showed dramatic improved in cognitive awareness and memory. The muscles of our bodies are trainable until our last breath, as is our flexibility, stamina and coordination. Answer: It is never too late to regain your health.

Why is happiness so elusive?

We have been conditioned to look for happiness in our exterior world. Through a belief system that says, "when I lose enough weight, buy that new house, score the ultimate job or find the perfect mate...then I will be happy." The problem is that in living from this false premise, we rob ourselves of the happiness available in each moment. Even worse, we postpone our joy until...it's too late. Happiness is an inside job and we are all born knowing innately that we are supposed to be happy. That's why we get so frustrated and angry when we aren't. It requires some inner work and willingness but it is absolutely obtainable for all. DECIDE to be happy and you will find yourself choosing to focus on only those things that allow you to feel good. That is the first and most important of several steps.
